Any one who is 18 years of age or above and resides in the Greater Seattle are, who accepts the constitution, and who completes the registration forms and makes the required payments can be accepted. There are two registration forms. Registration Form 001 need to be completed by ALL members. Registration Form 002 need only be completed if the member has other family members whom he or she would like to register as family members. Those include spouses, children, and in laws living together with the member.
